Just a combination of animated gifs converted to flash (swf) and Delphi.

P.S. I may come back with some new ones sometime soon (but got exams right now).

What pic did you trace it from? And I think you should try using softer lines with anti-aliasing, these are pretty harsh.

I traced it from the picture which looks like this, where they are about to kiss. I would have used softer lines, but adobe messed up.
