So, Raki-Suta, today is my 18th birthday. But, instead of expecting you to get me a present...I made you all one.
As you all know, i'm the self-proclaimed husbando of Nanako, but I decided to draw her for you all. Whoever is giving her the gift is now in the eyes of the beholder, obviously. I had been thinking about what to draw you all for Christmas this year, and this was the final outcome.
Now, about the actual image, I managed to get the blush right by lowering the opacity on the blush layer (I might fix one of my pics in himg as a result of this), and i'm very content with the end result. But many of my really good ideas (Ex: The nametag) didn't come until I was just finishing up, and I had to save the image as a .png to expand the picture to fit captions, making it all one layer, so that was a bit of a burden. Regardless...I think it's my best work to date. I guess i'm making progress.
Anyway, it's really been a great year with you all. I contributed my fair share here, and a bunch of stuff for himg, and it's actually improved my self-confidence (Building character? On imageboards! Bullshit!). And, well, I have everyone from here and himg who recognized me (Whether in a positive or negative light!) to thank for that. Merry Christmas, Raki-Suta, and a prosperous New Year.
