Nagamori's been in the manga a coupla times and been in two or three clips right here on the Imageboard like this. Actually she first appeared in the special bonus track of the trial version "Lucky Star: Moe Drill" and you can even find her in the background of the original manga as well.

Technically, for al intents and purposes, Yamato can be considered an alien since she's possessed by one for over 98% of the game (and still partly so in manga) which makes her 'real self' irrelevant in the same way that Anakin Skywalker's 'fact' meant nothing in the first Star Wars, only his Darth Vader fact-self did.
