And I'd rather translate it as chest... 胸 means both and it's usually chest pain you die of. Aaand I'm fairly sure that last two kanji partially covered by the pen are 悶絶 (fainting in agony).

The Japanese Wikipedia lists the handedness for just about all the characters... almost every one of them is left-handed.

When Japanese write "よりかかる",from my experience as Japanese,they don't use kanji commonly.And I can't perceive it "掛".Of course I can't say something positive and certain for the disappeared sentence.

And surely that two kanji are "悶絶",so your explanation(fainting in agony) is right.But I think,in this case,"fainting in pleasure" is better.Most popular meaning stand on agony,however there are some case that words mean "fainting in pleasure" amang Otaku.Though it would be just prejudice,I think so.
