Alright, if everyone is satisfied with me making things readable to the uninformed then change the title to "A Realization At Any Time" or if you're annoyed by it tell me and I'll rework my stuff. I suppose I should post the notes I've made thus far, which includes ones which have yet to be edited, so if people have things to add/I got something wrong tell me:

Delusion Time| A common punishment for students in Japan is to stand in the hallway.
Shitori Series| Shiritori is a Japanese word game where one must say a word that begins with the end sound of the last word and does not end with an "n." If this explanation has confused you look it up on Wikipedia. Because shiritori does not work well in a language that separates vowels and consonants (thus giving it a wider variety of syllables to end a word in) we have left the original sounds in and added the English equivalents in parenthesis.
Kona Kaga 01: Shitori Edition| "Uratarosu" is a character from Kamen Rider
Kona Kaga 32: Always Together| An exchange diary is where two people let each other look at each other's diaries.
Kona Kaga 41: My Pace| "Akiba" is a shopping district in Tokyo that specializes in video games, electronics, anime, and anything else Konata enjoys.
Kona Kaga 55: Give It Back! White Day| In Japan, on Valentine's Day girls give chocolate to the person they like. On White Day, guys give a gift to the girl who gave them chocolate, this gift usually being of greater value than the original chocolate given.
Kona Kaga 60: This Is My Noble Husband| The word "danna" used in the title and Soujirou's last sentence could be translated as "patron" or "husband"
Kona Kaga 61: Accept My Serious Feelings!| The word used to refer to Konata in frame two is "anata" which can either be used when the speaker is demeaning that person or referring to someone they are very close to (such as a husband). Kagami is using it in an ambiguous way in this case.
Kona Kaga 65: Simultaneous Flag Progression| The word used for lunch in the last panel is "bento" which is a box lunch, often used in anime and manga to represent that the person giving the bento has feelings for the person receiving it.

A Love Flag At Any Time| Konata is actually using the term "flag" in this page, flag being an event in dating simulation games that signifies an important event.
Event Clear| This relates, again, to dating sims. Konata views the rain as a possibility to have a bond building moment called an "event" and finds the outcome to be "moe," or very touching.
Yuri Space-Time| "Yuri" is a homonym meaning both lily and lesbianism (to a greater or lesser extent). If you don't know what a lily looks like, check the background of panel 3.
Is It Written On My Face?| In the original, Misao and Ayano are making Kagami read English sentences so the translator switched it so Kagami is now reading Japanese off of the paper.
I Want To Try Making You Say It| Many of the more complex characters in Japanese are not used and, thus, not known by the layperson. Kagami's intent was to have Konata read the complex character for "spade" which has the same pronunciation as "like/love" (suki) but wrote the character for "hoe" instead. Konata didn't even pronounce the character for hoe correctly anyway...
It's Spelled S-K-I| In the first frame Konata calls Kagami "tsudere" which would mean Kagami likes Konata but is unwilling to admit it because of pride (to a greater or lesser extent). Tsukasa then tries to do a similar thing with Miyuki that Kagami did with Konata by trying to write, in English, "ski" (which would then be pronounced "suki" after you account for Engrish) but mispelled it and wrote "sky" instead.
Kagami, Max Speed| A bread eating contest is where a piece of bread tied to something above you and you have to jump and grab the bread with your mouth.

I'm not sure if I find problems with the sudden outburst of love since it seems to be something that happens in the original comic and is foreshadowed by the "epiphany coming on." Anyway, I'm trying to get into a system of making it readable by just about everyone. I figure that if someone has watched Lucky Star then they already know all the jargon that I'm trying to work around but it never hurts to work for the lowest common denominator. Besides, you learn more when someone gives an entire note on the subject than if you just assume its meaning and continue on, I know I've had to put more effort into learning cultural and language differences since the beginning of my proofreading career...

Alright, so I've been gone for a little bit but I'm back now. Sorry if I edited too much but I have a belief that if someone is translating from one language to another they should translate it entirely. For example, I wouldn't put "xiao" in front of a person's name if I were translating from Chinese to English and expect the reader to figure out what I mean by it.

That in mind, I know that the people who will be reading this probably know enough Japanese that a heavy edit is not necessary so from now on I'll be editing only the things that I need to look up (I figure myself as knowledgeable as the average viewer).

Now, if the translator is still hanging around there have been a few more comics posted that need to be translated, proofread, and edited... I'd like to see this thing back up and running like it was before...

That's not how movement looks like on slow shutters. It would appear as a streak, and there would be noticeably less definition along the outline of the hand. Her hands are sharp, so you'd think it'd be a fast shutter speed.
I'm not going to apply photography to this, since its just a drawing, but even then, you'd expect to see the obligatory movement lines cartoonists do.

Doesn't have as many text effect functions as photoshop (unless you get extra plugins for that) but for speech bubbles, even moderately fancy ones, it's completely sufficient.

Thanks a lot! From now on I should be able to edit the translations that come in. If no one has started to edit Classmate Shock then this can be my first project or if Beotkkot has already started (which is my current assumption) then I'll wait. Also, I would like to request that the kind Anon who has been editing the webcomic stay on as the editor simply for the sake of continuity of style.
