You've got to vector it (or just find a vector). I've not vectored before, but I'll attempt it for this. Besides, all LS art is like... pre-vectored for you.

nah, I'm just outlining it right now, I will color it too. It's in 1024*768 already (i just made it smaller for that wip pic, zoomed out, y'know)

I don't know when I'll finish, and it's not the best quality image out there, but hey, it's my first vector so don't be rough on me ;)

Outlined with the pen tool, that's probably the longest part to get right (oh man did I have to do the eyes like 5 times). With stuff like LS, however, it's kinda easier.

Well, I outlined with the pen tool and I'm coloring it with the polygonal lasso + pencil tools. The "shading" is really just an un-outlined selection.

I might not finish tonight (if I don't, I WILL finish tomorrow). I'm getting kind of tired and I've been working on this for about two hours now

Yes there is a program to do it it can come out alot better I just bad at it it's called AndreaMosaic It makes the images large in memory you will have to use photo to make them smaller.
