True, but that means beating the game is almost impossible since Konata's Shoryuken destroys just about anything. Tenchou's Super can easily be dealt with a Shoryuken.
There are only a few ways to beat her:
*With Konata, you can try low kicking her. You have to get within a range where you can hit her without being owned by her Shoryuken. Alternatively, you can do block damage to her with a Hadouken. The low kick will fill your super meter and when at full, you can unleash Shinkuu Hadouken/Kamehameha. Once you bring her down to a little more than half health, she gets really aggressive, which means Hadouken spamming. At this point, you'll have to be lucky and jump her Hadouken and perform a Shoryuken upon landing. If you manage to fill your super bar a second time, you can probably take her out with a Shinkuu Hadouken/Kamehameha.
*With Akira, try to get as close as you can before the start of the round and perform her multi-punch attack. From there dash and do it again, and keep doing it until she's dead. If at any point you're knocked away from Konata, you're almost guaranteed to lose. Along the way, you'll probably fill your super meter, so use her rib cracking super.
*Tenchou can barely do a thing with his slow attacks, all of which Konata can counter. The only thing to do is to hit both attack buttons at the same when you're close to her. Hitting the two attack buttons will put Tenchou into a counter stance, and when hit, he will throw the enemy. All characters have this, so this can work with Konata and Akira. Rarely will Tenchou's super work on Konata, but there's a small chance you can get her during a Hadouken spam.
